This is a surgical technique that allows you to view the inside of the shoulder joint directly and work within it, without the need for opening it.

To see the inside of the joint well and avoid injuring the tissue, we fill it with sterile serum under pressure, which produces an effect similar to inflating a balloon and at the same time allows us to wash the joint continuously, eliminating residues of blood and pieces of tissue.

This is generally quite simple, as it is a minimally invasive technique.
A sling is placed, which is taken off several times a day in order to perform recovery exercises (swinging of the arm, movement of the elbow). It must be used for a few days up to a few weeks.
